This kit requires quite a lot more painting than the other 00 kits, to look nice. I think 1/100 Astraea is coming real soon, you don’t have to wait long bah.
There are a few branches. The fine tip is oil-based which is blue gundam marker. White gundam marker is water-based, just look out for the chinese wording or ask the shop people. I’m not too sure of the difference between the two so maybe you can try posting this question in the 2nd link: hardwarezone forum gundam modeling thread.

I use Tamiya Acrylic Paint. I’m not very good at painting so I can’t give much advice on it. However, most 1/144 and 1/100 kits have few parts to paint so it’s not too difficult, this kit is the exception; it has quite a few parts to paint. SD and FG kits usually have a lot of parts to paint to look close to the box picture.

What colors are needed for painting Throne Zwei ??
You’ll need yellow, black, white and a color that is bronze/brown. I use gold for that last color and it’s pretty close.

Thanks Neo. Nope, no stand is provided. You have to buy them seperately. Mine is Action Base 1. You can use Action Base 2 also.
